States have always participated in negative co-operation of both a military and non-military nature. It has been and continues to be supported by information operations conducted as part of ongoing global information conflict. Its participants engage in the conduct of information aggression with different motives. This aggression is present in the personal and technical information space, which, with ongoing scientific, technical and technological advances, allows for the adoption of ICT, communication and cyberspace techniques for this type of activity. Information aggression is oriented towards the human being and the struggle for his or her soul in the pursuit of particular interests through the activities of the actors involved. The changing environment of states is accompanied by intensified information operations, where the elements inherent in information aggression are present. The access to information in almost real time, as well as the bombardment of societies with a huge amount of information, while lacking time to verify it, facilitates the conduct of information aggression. It is important to be aware that the phenomena, events and processes occurring in the global security space, will continue to be assessed by state and non-state actors, where each will seek to occupy a prominent position in shaping the copperbeard security environment in the 21st century. This is not only about the present, but also about the future, where information aggression will mark an increasing presence in the global information space.
