You should be well prepared to begin bargaining with others. You need to know your own position and your walkaway. You need to agree with the other side of the dispute on a definition of a joint problem and keep on being wise and creative during the bargaining. While negotiating with partners, it is important to mutually accept common rules and objective criteria what is crucial in order to strike a good, satisfying and durable deal. Just and fair joint decision-making process as well as just and fair final deal enable positive transformation of the relationship between the negotiating parties and guarantee its continuity.
