Artificial intelligence in civil protection in Poland – possibilities and prospects of use

Abstract

The article discusses the possibilities and prospects of using artificial intelligence in civil protection in Poland. Reference was made to the essence of civil protection in Poland. The possibilities of artificial intelligence in solving problems in civil protection were presented, focusing primarily on rationality of action, data analysis and the possibility of making effective decisions on this basis. The further content of the article describes the first experiences that can be as well as used and prospects in this area. In the summary, attention was drawn to the opportunities open to the use of artificial intelligence in civil protection in Poland.
