Abstract

Savary's point is a tool of aesthetic cognition that allows the observer to be placed in a different cognitive space (Kant). It is the point of grasping the real (direct observation) or virtual reality (observing the screen) and enables the subject to experience the category of the sublime. The condition for the emergence of the aesthetic value, which is sublimity, is an appropriate level of security sense. That is why the sublime category  is used to increase the effect of influencing the sense of societies security (terrorism, war). This means that security science should take into account not only ethical values, but also aesthetic values in their analyzes of threats.
