Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Privacy Statement
The personal data and e-mail addresses entered into the system will be used only for publishing purposes of the journal.
In accordance with Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016, we inform you that:
– The administrator of your personal data is the Siedlce University of Natural Sciences and Humanities represented by the Rector with its registered office at Konarskiego 2 street, 08-110 Siedlce, Poland;
– The accuracy of personal data processing is supervised by the data protection officer who can be contacted via the e-mail address: iod@uph.edu.pl
– Your personal data will be processed in order to carry out the publishing process of the publication of which you are the author or co-author. We will process your contact details;
– The provided data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws EU L119 of May 4, 2016);
– Data submission is voluntary, however it is necessary in order to achieve the purposes for which it was collected;
– The data will not be made available to third parties, except in cases provided for by law;
– The data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes;
– You have the right to access your data and subject to the law: the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent at any time;
– You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;
– Your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
