Individualization of training of listeners in institutions of additional education of adults in conditions of blended learning

The article deals with the problem of learning individualization of training in institutions of additional education of adults in conditions of blended learning conditions. The essence of the concepts "individualization", "blended learning" is revealed. The factors that ensure the effectiveness of the process under consideration are determined: the readiness of adult learners to interact in conditions of blended learning, the differentiation of the development of methodological support for offline and online learning and consulting support for the activities of the teaching staff in conditions of a blended learning.
