The role and tasks of the teacher were taken into account on the legal basis. An interview was used as a research technique in the work. Thanks to the precise questions, the interview questionnaire was compiled as a research tool. Problems corresponding to specific hypotheses were discussed. The study used the method of individual cases. The characteristics of the support teacher and the leading teacher in the integrated class were carefully compared and special attention was also paid to the relationship between teachers and parents. Based on the research, the characteristics of working with students with special educational needs were established. Conclusions were drawn for the effective development of the activities of the support teacher who works with students with judgment.
2021-12-14T00:00:00+00:00 Prawa autorskie (c) 2021 Student niepełnosprawny. To meet that demand, inclusive education has to come up with new strategies. Solutions can be found in a interdisciplinary approach to education. On this basis, the use of modelling with elementary mathematics as a way of integrating diverse academic subjects in the school curriculum is being developed. New interdisciplinary educational technologies are created and their applicability and effect on both students with and without learning disabilities are tested. The experiments are carried out in a standard learning environment with the participation of disabled students. The paper presents the results and, finally, conclusions are drawn.
2021-12-14T00:00:00+00:00 Prawa autorskie (c) 2021 Student niepełnosprawny. The aim of the study is to identify and describe the impact of influencers on adolescents in regard to accessibility to information and communication. A software solution was used in order to obtain samples for the analysis of multiple posts published by different individuals in various social networks. The results indicate that opportunities for an effective process of education concerning the aforementioned elements can be observed if the content published by influencers is compliant with certain factors. Some of those factors are as follows: the posts should describe personal examples to which people can relate or can perceive in order to comprehend the challenges connected to accessibility in a better way; the content should comprise explanations that clarify situations and issues, providing information and raising awareness; the followers and the influencers should encourage discussions on these topics, ensuring that decisions should be made and solutions should be found on the matter of accessibility in the area of communication.
2021-12-14T00:00:00+00:00 Prawa autorskie (c) 2021 Student niepełnosprawny. Sensory processing dysfunctions may affect the development of cognitive functions and speech. In this study I would like to emphasize the effectiveness of elements of the sensory integration therapy. Multisensory methods influence the sense of balance. They also shape the child's motor skills, coordination, the ability to plan, and communicate at the same time, stimulating communication and general speech development.
2021-12-14T00:00:00+00:00 Prawa autorskie (c) 2021 Student niepełnosprawny. The analysis takes into consideration the effects of interpersonal relations in the academic context, as well as the outcomes of the disabled student support system implemented at Siedlce University. The study is based on the assumption that assistance and support elements of the programme are pivotal for the disabled student’s sense of support of the disabled student. According to the premises of positive psychology, the characteristics that constitute the strengths of an individual were singled out. The respondents, who were Siedlce University students, were asked to assess the increase of their competences, the senseof development of potential, as well as the feeling of fulfilment and control over their own lives. The sum of these elements was treated as the total assessment of the psychological and social resources that students have at their disposal. To determine statistically significant differences between the assessment of particular features of the model in the perception of the disabled and able-bodied student, a linear regression analysis and a one-factor analysis of variance were carried out. It was found that students with disabilities obtained higher means with regard to the sense of increase in competence and the feeling of support than those without disabilities, where these differences were statistically significant. The able-bodied respondents significantly assessed the feeling of control over their own lives more than the disabled students. As far as the sense of development of their own potential and the feeling of fulfilment are concerned, the means for both respondent groups did not differ statistically significantly. The evaluation of the inclusion model, i.e. psychological and social resources, was identified to be at the same level in both groups. On the basis of the linear regression analysis, it could be stated that all features of the strengths-based model correlate strongly positively with the feeling of received support. The results of the present study point to the conclusion that the inclusive model integrating disabled students with their able peers, academic teachers, and administration personnel, which has been applied at Siedlce University (Poland) for over 50 years, brings certain positive effects not only for the disabled student but also for the one without any deficits.
2021-12-14T00:00:00+00:00 Prawa autorskie (c) 2021 Student niepełnosprawny. The researchers have included information on the history of inclusion, on various models of inclusive education, and on the specifics of a family with a child with special educational needs in the content of psychological and pedagogical disciplines, as well as elective courses. The authors have introduced new tasks of teaching practice, with students describing conflicts, bullying, mobbing, and school violence in traditional and inclusive classrooms. Stu-dents have been asked to justify their intended actions, which could prevent potential risks and find a competent way out of a difficult situation. Plot-role-playing games and group discussions held in student groups on the problems of "special" children and migrant schoolchildren have also facilitated implementation of the idea of inclusion. Discussion teaches future teachers to coordinate positions, values, to make decisions, and helps them see new personal meanings. Students' daily communication at the university with physically or mentally challenged mates with students of different cultures, faiths, and languages has played a significant role in their acceptance of inclusion.
2021-12-14T00:00:00+00:00 Prawa autorskie (c) 2021 Student niepełnosprawny. The universal availability of space determines the proper development of an individual. In order to improve the safety and limit the social exclusion of children, including children with special educational needs, one should strive to shape an environment based on the principles of universal design. The article presents the assumptions for the design and arrangement of a child's space in a kindergarten taking into account its needs, and discusses issues related to the elimination of spatial barriers that increase safety and independence in the child's personal development.
2021-12-14T00:00:00+00:00 Prawa autorskie (c) 2021 Student niepełnosprawny.
