Abstract

Use of Air Forces in humanitarian operations is curently subject of debate and discussion many experts and countries involved in humanitarian operations. This subject is intresting becauce actually we have more and more natural disasters and industrial accidents which
require fast response. Due to the nature of natural disasters and the unpredictability of their occurrence is necessary to have power and resources that can in the shortest time to respond to
emerging threats. At special attention in humanitarian operations deserves the Air Forces becasue of the features and capabilities at its disposal. This publication presents experience of use
Air Forces in selected humanitarian operations and conditions of the use Air Forces in humanitarian operations.
