Review procedure

Review Process

  1. Original and creative research results, review articles, teaching scenarios, book reviews, and translations are eligible for publication.
  2. Articles submitted to the journal must not have been previously published nor be under consideration by other publishers.
  3. Manuscripts submitted to the editorial office must meet the author guidelines prepared by the editors.
  4. The decision to accept a submitted text depends on its originality, novelty, and alignment with the journal’s thematic scope.
  5. Submitted manuscripts must include full author information: name and surname of the Author (or corresponding Author in the case of multi‑author works), ORCID, affiliation, and e‑mail address.
  6. Signed author declarations must be attached to the manuscript.

Review Procedure

  1. The manuscript is evaluated by two independent reviewers.
  2. The review is conducted according to the double‑blind review process, meaning that Authors and Reviewers do not know each other’s identities. Confidentiality is maintained throughout the review process, and the Reviewer's name remains undisclosed.
  3. Reviewers submit completed review forms to the Editorial Office (electronically, by mail, or directly to members of the Editorial Board).
  4. The Editor‑in‑Chief makes the final decision regarding the inclusion of the article in a specific issue of the journal.

 

Stages of the Review Process

  1. Internal review and initial selection of submitted scholarly texts conducted by the editorial team (manuscripts may be rejected, returned to authors for necessary revisions, or qualified for external review).
  2. Invitation of competent reviewers in accordance with publication ethics.
  3. Double‑blind external review. Each review must include a final recommendation: acceptance for publication, revision (minor or major), or rejection.
  4. Additional review in the case of divergent recommendations.
  5. The final decision is made by the Editor‑in‑Chief.
