• The author declares that they have created the work, hold full and unrestricted copyright to it, and that it has not been previously published.
• The author grants the University of Siedlce Publishing House a non‑exclusive license to use the scholarly work.
• The author agrees to editorial processing of the work and to the introduction of corrections.
• The University may grant sublicenses within the scope of the acquired rights.
• The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period, with the possibility of termination after five years, subject to a two‑year notice period.
• The author has the right to make their article available online in a location other than the journal’s platform (https://czasopisma.uph.edu.pl) after one calendar year from the date of online publication.
• Disputes shall be resolved through legal proceedings.
