Jerzy Rudolf Tchórzewski, Dr. (Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering), Habil. (Wroclaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering), Univ. Prof., is employed at the University of Siedlce at the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences, in the fields of computer science and technological process engineering. He has been a long-time member of the IEEE (Control Systems Society, Computer Society, Computational Intelligence Society, Robotics and Automation Society, Power & Energy Society), the Polish Association for Artificial Intelligence, the Polish Society of Theoretical and Applied Electrical Engineering, the Polish Society for Operational and Systems Research, etc. He has also worked in industry and public administration. He has published papers on the applications of computer science, automation and power engineering, and control theory and systems engineering, as well as artificial intelligence and quantum computing. He co-organized the Artificial Intelligence conference for 25 years and currently organizes the Intelligent Systems and Information Technologies conference. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Studia Informatica. Systems and Information Technology. He has developed numerous course programs for the fields of computer science and process engineering, including subjects such as artificial intelligence, automation, and robotics. He has supervised PhD students and served as a reviewer.
