Abstrakt

The article was devoted to analysis of groups consisting of two consonants of different
type, but carried out by the not-hearing adult with implanted cochlear implants. The realization
of groups was analysed based on reconstructing words in which examined groups appeared
appropriately in: initial sound, midrange and voice. He results from analysis, that in all
types of groups, wrong implementations of different type, amongst which we most often meet
both vowel and consonantal substitutions are appearing of different type, pronunciation at
variance with principles of the orthophony, simplifications of groups and the realization of
particularly vowels as indirect sounds. It results from all following elements that the realization
of consonantal groups is troublesome for not-hearing persons. It is possible also to suspect that
distortions and effective implementations will concern particularly connections of these
sounds, from which with realization examined had lots of trouble.
