The importance of auditing in the process of quality management in enterprise

Abstrakt

An audit quality management process is an important part of management. It is the primary mechanism for implementing measures to ensure convergence with the approved plans. One of the objectives of the audit in the process of quality management is evaluating the need for improvement or corrective action. The algorithm can be divided into three levels: general, which consists of general planning, more detailed, including the preparation of a detailed audit and reporting, and practical stage, relating to the actual conduct of the audit. Based on empirical research this paper presents the importance of audit in the process of quality management in the company.
