Abstrakt

In article was presented topic about electronic banking - one of the earliest form of offering banking services. Explained the general concept of electronic banking and breakdown on types of services within its framework of services. The first chapter concerns the terminal banking. There was discussed tools that it uses along with the distribution of payment cards. The next step was about internet banking. Showing stages of the exploitation the Internet in the activities of banksand the classification ibanking systems. In the last chapter was recognized the issues relating to phone and mobile bankingwere shown mechanisms of action and possible to perform operations.
