Abstract

Nowaday, human resources, which are the part of the intellectual capital, are the basis of functioning of any organizations. On the competitive market the companies, which want to achieve success, should increase the value of their intellectual resources and develop human capital. This article presents the overview of the concept of human capital and the characteristics of its components.
