Abstract

The increasing dynamic of change, which is the result of ongoing globalization and related processes, forces the continuous improvement, at all levels of business. It is possible to observe in this area, the processes of improvement occurring continuously, and manifested in adapting various principles, methods and tools to the expectations of modern organizations. An appropriate quality can only be acquired by a product / service which is well designed, and made in a process which guarantees reaching the previously established parameters. The preparation phase of production is therefore of crucial importance for the quality of the product produced by a company. A well designed product / service must take into account the requirements of its future users, ensure their safety during the period of being used and be safe for the environment. The method of developing quality functions - QFD is created especially for this purpose.
