Problem wdrażania systemów ERP w handlu w warunkach polskich

Abstract

The article contains a short characteristics of the specific advantages of using IT systems in trade, mainly in retail trade chains, from the point of view of their cooperation with fiscal cash register. There have been described formal and functional requirements concerning software to collecting and transforming data from fiscal cash register. Full attention has also been paid to problems of using the software made by its users. One can find that it may be basic reason of slowly introducing of the ERP modern systems in retail trade chain on a bigger scale. Key words: ERP systems, fiscal cash register
