Abstrakt

In the labor market transformations associated with one side of the transformations in the demographic structure of modern societies, on the other hand with the processes of globalization and rapidly progressive restructuring of the economy, forcing a change of perspective and approach to managing people in organizations. The problem of an aging population and growing from year to year the share of working age population in the total population is now common in both Europe and Poland. In the coming years,employers will have to deal with a reduction in the number of candidates.Chance of avoiding future problems staffing provided by the opening of the diversity of the organization and implementation of the concept of management.The aim of the article is to present the essence of the concept which is the tool all eviating personal problems in contemporary organizations.
