Abstrakt

The aim of this paper is to present a range of changes occurring in the warehouse market in Poland. Analysis of the size of storage space, was carried out by region.The years 2001-2009 were
a period in Poland, the investment boom in the market of warehouse space. In 2010-2011, the market for modern warehouse space is not maintained growth rates observed in previous years. Much better was 2012, was put into service more than 518 thousand. m2 of warehouse space. As a result the Polish market exceeded barrier 7 million m2 of existing space. In this way, Poland remained the largest market for space in Central and Eastern Europe.
