Logistics processes in supply chain management

Abstrakt

The aim of this paper is to present the processes related to supply chain management with a particular focus on concepts, and techniques used today in this area, for example, company X. The last part of the study is to describe and analyze the processes operating in the Supply Chain audited company. Presented indicators to monitor processes in the study area. Meters stated in the application that allow the assessment of the quality of the processes. Conclusions focus on the problems currently require modification and improvement.
