Abstrakt

This paper discusses how computer simulation of human intellectual activity where knowledge of experts-experts in the field is encoded in the form of symboliced pressions which constitute an appropriate set of facts and rules of conduct, in effect creating a program called expert systems. This formed specialized computer programs are extremely useful in the management of organizations, including various types of businesses. A description of expert systems that facilitate the
