The role of the liquidating units and judiciary system in anti-communist activity of the National Armed Forces

Abstrakt

During WWII all underground Polish organizations set up their judiciary systems and its executive –special units responsible for liquidating of confidents. It was against traitors collaborating with both: Nazi Germans and communists. The authors present a way of creating, organization and activity of the liquidating units formed by the National Armed Forces and the Civil Service of Nation. Additionally, the article also describes legal background of underground justices designed by the structures of national resistance.
