The systems of employee motivation and the management of human capital in an organization

Abstract

This article attempts to define the system of employee motivation essential for human
capital management in an organization. At the beginning the authors ask the question: how important
is the influence of individual elements making up the system of motivation of employees in the management
of human capital? In the final part, the article presents an analysis and assessment
of selected elements of human capital in the chosen example.
