Bezpieczeństwo biologiczne w aspekcie zagrożeń ekologicznych oraz jako autonomiczny nurt bezpieczeństwa narodowego

Abstrakt

In the political literature it appears many analysis of new human's threatening problems and national and international safety. One of that modern problem of biological safety is the biological threats. It can be captured in aspect of ecological safety question and even separately, as the separate problem of safety of the state. The ecological safety contains the problems of biological safety but from the other side it can be treated as the autonomic field of threats. The biological safety is the idea of working aims to limitation and elimination the threats which are the source of the incorrect utilization of biotechnology and its products (the GMO organisms). This idea is understood as human's and environment safety of the possible threats called out of the genetic manipulations. The author of the presented article put such aim, which the problem of biological safety characterized in this two-dimensional perspective.
