Abstrakt

The terrorism and its every forms is the large threat for the present safety, both in the national and global dimension. The possibility of using the arsenals of the mass dazzling by terrorist organizations wakes large fears at present. Negative results of such terrorist act would have the mass events then. In the present article there was defined and shown the phenomenon of terrorism as well as was introduced the division of the mass dazzling. Its main kinds were she characterized in the aspect of the possibility of using such kind of weapons in the terrorist act. There were signalled the consequences of the fusion of terrorism and the mass dazzling for the contemporary national and international safety.
